What is The Pulse Hub?

The Pulse Hub is where users complete fitness challenges to earn digital trophies. Each trophy, minted as a Monad NFT, has a rarity level and can be used to enter raffles to win exclusive rewards. The Pulse Hub is open to everyone — whether you're just starting out or already crushing workouts daily. 

The best part? It's completely free, requires zero special equipment, and you don't need a Pulse wearable to start earning.

Just you, your body, and a few minutes per day.

How It Works

The Pulse Hub features two parallel systems: our Referral program for community building (which is always active), and our activity Seasons for fitness challenges. 

We're launching with two seasons of fitness challenges, each featuring six weekly sprints.

Three Simple Components:

  • Seasons - Multi-week campaigns with unique rewards and theme
  • Sprints - Weekly challenges created by our partner projects
  • Challenges - Daily workouts that earn you trophies

Season Structure:

  • Weekday Challenges (Mon-Thurs): New challenge drops daily at UTC 0. You've got 24 hours to crush it.
  • Weekend Challenge (Fri-Sun): A full workout combining the week’s challenges, available until Sunday night.

Each challenge offers two difficulty levels:

  • Easy Mode: Perfect for beginners (example: 15 push-ups or a 1-minute plank)
  • Hard Mode: For the ambitious (example: 30 push-ups or a 2-minute plank)

Hard Mode doesn't just mean more sweat - it means better odds at rare trophies and bigger rewards. Casual or hardcore, the choice is yours.

What Makes Pulse Hub Epic? Our Partner Projects

We've brought 10 of Monad's hottest projects into The Pulse Hub, with each weekly sprint featuring a different new partner.

Each weekly sprint transforms into a themed adventure co-created with a different partner. Complete all challenges in their sprint and you'll earn a special partner-branded legendary trophy.

These partners are setting aside rewards you actually want - whitelist spots, NFTs, and early access opportunities - exclusively for Pulse Hub athletes. Instead of grinding Discord, you'll earn directly through your workouts.

Our first sprint kicks off with Pulse Week! After that, each Monday brings a surprise reveal of the next partner project taking over that week's sprint.

Trophy System and Rewards

Every drop of sweat gets you closer to valuable rewards.

These trophies are Soulbound NFTs on Monad - impossible to buy or trade. The only way to get them is to put in the work. Your effort gets logged on-chain, proving you're a real user.

At the end of each season, we'll host raffle events where you can use your trophies as entries to win rewards from us and our partners. Each trophy serves as an entry ticket, allowing you to choose which project raffles to enter. You can even save trophies between seasons if you want to maximize your chances in future raffles.

How much time do challenges take?
Most daily challenges take 5 minutes to complete.

What if I miss a day?
You can still participate in the remaining challenges for the week and have a chance at rewards, though you won't be eligible for the Legendary trophy that week.

Can I submit multiple times if I get rejected?
No. You only get one submission per challenge—whether it’s approved or rejected. Make sure you follow the guidelines before submitting!

Do I need any special equipment?
No! Most of the challenges are designed to use bodyweight or common household items.

Can I participate if I'm not into crypto?
Absolutely! While your trophies are stored on-chain, the experience is designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of crypto knowledge.
